Should you have any complaints regarding the care you received or the operations of our clinic, please do not hesitate to reach out to our manager directly in the clinic or via email at [email protected]. Alternatively, you may provide your details to one of our staff members who will then forward your information to the management team.
All complaints, whether written or verbal, will be thoroughly investigated, and a response will be provided to you within 10 business days. Immediate action will be taken if the complaint alleges harm or risk of harm.
If you are dissatisfied with the resolution of your complaint or feel that it has not been addressed in a timely manner, you have the right to escalate your concern to the Ontario Patient Ombudsman by:
